What this looks like in practice.
B2B SaaS, 40 staff — Berlin
SEO Audit
Organic traffic had been flat for three quarters. The audit found 340 product pages blocked from crawling by a legacy robots.txt rule left over from a two-year-old migration. Once the rule was removed and the pages resubmitted, overall organic sessions rose from roughly 9,000 to 14,000 a month within four months.

Content & On-Page SEO
Publishing four posts a week was producing zero organic demo requests. The gap map showed 80% of the blog answered questions non-buyers were asking. 34 pages were retired, 12 rewritten around commercial-intent topics. Organic demo requests rose from 2 to 9 a month over five months.

E-Commerce SEO
Organic revenue had plateaued despite two new product lines launching. Faceted filters were generating thousands of thin duplicate collection URLs competing with the real category pages. After canonicalisation and a category-content rebuild on the two highest-revenue lines, organic category revenue rose from roughly €18,000 to €31,000 a month over six months.
Illustrative exampleWhat clients say
“We'd had two agencies before this one, both very happy to send a monthly ranking report and not much else. The audit told us, in plain terms, what was actually broken. Some of it we fixed ourselves.”
“The price was on the page before we ever spoke to anyone. That alone changed how the first call went — we spent it on scope, not negotiation.”
“Our developers were sceptical about handing anything SEO-related over. The tickets we got back were specific enough that they just did them.”
Common questions
Every service has a published “from” price on its own page and on /pricing/. The audit is a one-off €1,490. Retainers start at €890/month for Local SEO and go up to €3,500/month for E-Commerce SEO, depending on scope. You'll get an exact number after the free review call — not before, because scope changes the price, but never a hidden one.
Retainers run on a 3-month minimum term, then continue month-to-month with 30 days' written notice on either side. The one-off audit isn't a contract at all — it's a single delivered engagement.
We tell you what we think is actually wrong, in the same call if we can. If a retainer isn't the right next step — sometimes it isn't — we'll say so instead of proposing one anyway.
No. Nobody honestly can — competitiveness, technical debt, and your market all move the timeline, and we'll name which of those applies to you rather than promise a number we don't control.
