Refund & Cancellation Policy

The initial SEO review / strategy call is free of charge. You can cancel or reschedule it at any time, at no cost, using the link in your confirmation email or by emailing support@seo-review.com.

• If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and work on your audit has not yet begun, you receive a full refund.
• If work has already begun when you cancel, the fee is pro-rated to the work delivered up to that point, and the remainder is refunded.
• To cancel, email support@seo-review.com with your order details; see the timing section below for the refund timeline.

• Retainers run for a minimum initial term of 3 months. After that, they continue on a rolling monthly basis and either party may end the arrangement with 30 days’ written notice.
• Retainers are paid monthly in advance. Once a month has begun, that month’s fee is not refunded, even if you give notice or stop using the Services partway through the month; the engagement simply ends at the close of the notice period.

Most of our clients contract with us as a business (B2B), in which case the engagement is governed by the terms above and the parties’ Proposal, and the statutory consumer withdrawal right below does not apply (it is a consumer-protection right, not available to businesses acting in a commercial or professional capacity). If you are contracting with us as a private consumer, the withdrawal right below also applies to you and, where it conflicts with the sections above, the more favourable provision for you applies.

This section implements the German statutory model instructions for distance contracts for services (§ 355 BGB) and applies only where you are contracting with us as a consumer.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a services contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — SEO Review GmbH, Korsörer Str. 16, 10437 Berlin-Pankow, Germany, Email: support@seo-review.com, Phone: +49 176 3137 3251 — of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you; in either case, you will not be charged any fees for the refund.

If you asked us to start performing the Services during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what has been performed up to the point you told us you were withdrawing, compared with the full scope of the contract.

Early performance and loss of the right of withdrawal (§ 356 Abs. 4 BGB)

Your right of withdrawal ends early — and you lose it entirely — if you have expressly requested that we begin performing the Services within the 14-day withdrawal period, and we have then fully performed the service before you exercise your right of withdrawal. In practice, this means: if you ask us to start work immediately and we complete the agreed one-off engagement (for example, a full SEO Audit) within the withdrawal period, you cannot withdraw once that work is finished.

To request a refund under the sections above or to exercise your right of withdrawal, email support@seo-review.com with your name, the service or order concerned, and the date you purchased or booked it. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days. Where a refund is due, we process it to your original payment method within 14 days of confirming your request (or, for statutory withdrawal, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice).
